A little of this a little of that, toss up everything thats left in my fridge and this dish comes up.

- Beans – ½ cup
- Carrot – ½ cup
- Cabbage – ½ cup
- Cauliflower grated – ½ cup
- Onion – ½ cup
- Green chilly – 1
- Garlic cloves – 3
- Curry leaves – 1 stem
- Coconut scraped – ¼ coconut
- Jeera pwd/ cumin pwd – 1 tsp
- Salt – as required
- Mustard – 1 tsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Dry red chilly – 1 pc
- Finely chop the vegetables.
- In a kadai pour 1 tbsp oil,Put a tsp of mustard and allow to crackle.
- Add the dry red chilly and curry leaves. To this add the jeera pwd and vegetables.
- Saute for 3-4 mins
- Add coconut and salt and mix well.
- On low flame cook the vegetables placing the lid.
- When all the water is absorbed and dried mix all well and serve hot with roti or rice.
