My mommy cooks it the traditional way,I tried some changes and it worked,after all I am her daughter

- Pomfret or any other fish – 3 pc
- Shallots – 2
- Ginger, garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Turmeric pwd – ¼ tsp
- Chilli pwd – 2 tsp
- Pepper pwd – ½ tsp
- Salt – as req
- Curry leaves – handful
- Fennel pwd – ½ tsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Semolina- 1 tsp
- Mix all the ingredients together and marinate on cleaned fish.
- Keep for ½ an hour to 1 hour befor frying to enhance the flavor.
- Shallow fry in a pan, flipping both sides.
- Serve it hot and crisp.
